Distribution
You have parcels to deliver every day

Daily van rounds, all the way to the end recipient. We take the whole round: stop order, navigation, handover, undelivered items. Every visit leaves a trace, and the day ends with a report.

Express
You have an urgent job that cannot wait until tomorrow

A dedicated urgent run: one pickup, one destination, no sorting hub in between. The vehicle leaves with your consignment alone. Give us the two addresses and the deadline — we quote a time when we can hold it.

Trucking
You have more than a van to keep moving

Truck transport, whatever the size. Give us the pickup and the delivery: we tell you what we can take, and when.

We move freight, and we built our own tools to do it. They serve our drivers on the road first — and they give you, who entrust us with your volumes, the visibility that outsourcing usually costs you.

Route planning

Our AI engine optimises the stop order, taking traffic, time windows and each driver's field history into account.

Live GPS tracking

Locate every vehicle continuously on your dashboard. Positions update live, even when the app is closed.

Driver app

Built-in GPS navigation, address reading by OCR, voice communication between teams — all on a single screen, available offline.

Admin dashboard

A complete overview: live positions, delivery statuses, team management and features activated on the fly.

Two-way synchronisation

Data flows between drivers and managers in real time. Built-in offline mode for areas without coverage.

Sovereign infrastructure

Your data stays on your own server in Belgium. TLS encryption, secure authentication, full GDPR compliance.

Prevention and compliance

Ambient sensors in the cabin: air quality is monitored continuously to protect the load and to enforce the smoking ban in a company vehicle. The alert concerns the vehicle, never a person — and it goes to the manager, not into an individual file.

Driving score

Speed compared with the actual limit of the road being driven, smoothness at the wheel, braking and cornering. Every driver receives an evening summary explaining what was recorded and where — not just a mark. Less wear, less fuel, fewer claims.

Claims handling

Every customer file is followed from end to end: the driver's account is collected and archived, a draft reply is prepared, and deadlines are chased automatically. Nothing gets lost between the road and the shipper.

For shippers

Outsource without losing your grip

Outsourcing your transport normally means accepting that you see nothing until the end customer complains. We built the opposite.

Proof of delivery

Photo, timestamp and GPS position at every handover. If it is disputed, the proof exists and is found in seconds — not reconstructed from memory three weeks later.

Documented claims

Every file follows the same path: the driver's account is collected the same day and archived, a reply is prepared, deadlines are chased. You receive a file, not a verbal version.

Daily round report

Stops made, stops remaining, actual times, kilometres. The same document every day, in the same format, directly usable.

Driving and safety monitored

Speed compared with the actual limit of the road, smoothness at the wheel, prevention in the cabin. This is not a display: every driver receives their summary in the evening, and deviations get corrected.

Working time under control

Service hours recorded automatically per vehicle. Compliance is not a declaration on trust, and you do not inherit your subcontractor's risk.

A transport company that innovates through technology

Founded in Liège, Eser is a transport company. We drive for shippers in three forms: daily distribution rounds, urgent runs, and truck transport. The vehicle changes; the goods are collected, they are delivered, and the delivery is traced.

We developed our own tools because the road demanded them: piecing a dispute back together three weeks later from memory costs more than photographing a handover. Live tracking, driver app, proof of delivery, daily report, claims handling — they serve our own teams on the road first.

Our data stays on our own server, in Belgium. No third-party cloud, no intermediary between the road and you.
